Conflict Minerals Due Diligence

The Shanghai Broadway Int’l Trading Corp, (referred to herein as the "Company") requires our business partners to complete the Company's Conflict Minerals Due Diligence Survey and provide the Company with certain assurances and information requested herein. The Company must comply with the Securities and Exchange Commission's ("SEC") conflict minerals provisions of Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the "Conflict Mineral Rules")

The SEC's Conflict Mineral Rules require public companies to disclose their use of the four conflict minerals, Gold, Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum, that originated in the Democratic Republic of the Congo ("DRC") or an adjoining country (the "Covered Countries") which are: Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic, the Republic of the Congo, Rwanda, South Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zambia. The purpose of the rules is to address the concern that the exploitation and trade of conflict minerals by armed groups is helping to finance conflict in the DRC region and is contributing to an emergency humanitarian crisis.

The SEC's conflict mineral rules apply to public companies in which the four conflict minerals, Gold, Tin, Tungsten, Tantalum, are necessary to the functionality or production of a product manufactured, or contracted for manufacture, by such public companies. Because some of our US customers are public companies, the Company is required to submit a report to the SEC that includes a description of the measures it took to exercise due diligence on the conflict minerals origin and chain of custody in its supply chain. The Company must comply with the SEC's conflict minerals rules for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2013.

To conduct due diligence on the source and chain of custody of minerals in its supply chain, the Company adheres to the Organization for Economic Cooperation & Development's ("OECD") Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from High Conflict Areas found Here

To that end, the Company requires your cooperation in the accurate and timely completion of the Conflict Minerals Due Diligence Survey
